    This was a gift from my family. They aren’t sure they purchased what they expected. They thought their would more of an indicator light than just the small oval on the front of the base like a ring around the base or on the top. There isn’t a way to preheat the pad and it takes a while to warm up your coffee, especially if you don’t have the perfect cup i.e. not a concave bottom like most mugs I have. This was explained in the description so no fault on the warmer. However if you expect your coffee to be warm at the last sips you need to out your mug on the base as soon as you make it and leave it there to heat up. Overall this warmer is pretty good but not the magic that I was expecting.

    Keeps drinks hot but have to be careful that the unit is in a very flat surface and nothing is interfering with the unit, or else the trigger at the bottom won’t function well.

    Wish it would keep coffee hot. It does not let coffee gets totally cold but the beverage still cools down some which is not ideal

    The product works very well! Although I wish it warmed up a bit faster. Instead of keeping my coffee warm, the mug warmer takes a long time to warm up so my coffee gets cold and then reheated
